The first graph shows the trend from smallest to largest precincts in New Hampshire hand counted paper ballot precincts without processing by a  central tabulator.   Note the absence of the amazing anomaly, Romney’s increase in vote percentages from largest to smallest.

The graph below shows the state wide presentation of candidate votes from smallest to largest precincts.  Note the steady and entirety improbable increase in Romney vote percentages from smallest to largest precincts.  The slope for Romney would be even steeper if this state wide chart had excluded the hand counted/no central tabulator votes from the first graph.
